This was our Wednesday brunch at home, and oh my was it ever good.
We used fresh dill and blended it with cream cheese for the spread and put on some fresh arugula. Added some smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onions, sprinkled on some capers, and drizzled it with olive oil. And of course a little seasoning of sea salt and pepper to finish it off. So simple and quick, but oh so delicious.
